Support contact: use the contact channel in your test invite
Contact
If you are testing WGTakt, use the contact channel shared in your TestFlight or Google Play testing invite.
Include the email address used for your WGTakt account, your WG name if relevant, the device model and system version, and a short description of the issue.
Do not include passwords, invite tokens, production secrets, or payment card details.
Account deletion
Open Profile in the app and choose Delete account. Full instructions and retention details are available at https://wgtakt.com/account-deletion.
If you own a household with other active members, transfer ownership or remove the other active members first. This protects shared household records and prevents a household from losing its owner unexpectedly.
To request deletion of specific data without deleting your whole account, use https://wgtakt.com/data-deletion.
Data export
Open Profile and choose Export household data. WGTakt creates an audited JSON export of household metadata, settings, members, chores, assignments, expenses, shares, settlements, availability, and activity.
Notifications and invites
WGTakt uses push, email, and in-app channels for operational reminders.
SMS is only supported for optional invite links and is not used for reminders or overdue alerts. Owner/admin members can create invite links from the admin area.
