Project information and use rules

WGTakt is an independent student project built by a group of students and flatmates in Weiden, Germany. WGTakt is not a registered company.

The project is currently offered as a preview for shared-household coordination and community features.

Users are responsible for keeping account access private, inviting only intended household members, and using household or community features for lawful, respectful shared-living coordination.

Do not post illegal, hateful, harassing, misleading, scam, or privacy-invasive content. WGTakt may remove content, limit access, or preserve audit records where needed for safety, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

Household-owned records belong to the shared household workspace. Important state changes are kept in an event log so chores, reminders, expenses, settlements, and membership changes remain auditable.

Account deletion anonymizes the user profile and removes active access. In multi-member households, shared operational history may be retained in anonymized form so remaining members do not lose coherent household records.

WGTakt tracks shared expenses and settlement balances. It does not process real-money transfers or payment card transactions in the current product.

Users are responsible for settling balances outside WGTakt and confirming those settlements accurately in the app.

When WGTakt is downloaded through Apple App Store or Google Play, platform terms may also apply. Unless a separate custom end-user license is published in the store record, the platform default license terms apply where available.
